Beet Velvet Latte (SVCC menu) with cashew milk, beets, fresh turmeric, and spices. Crispy Chik’n Sandwich (SVCC menu) made with oyster mushrooms in crispy chickpea batter served as a lettuce wrap with house sauce and veggies.

Crispy potato cakes (regular menu) with creamy mint sauce. Zesty Manchurian Bowl (regular menu) with veggie meatballs, rice noodles, and veggies tossed with sesame ginger vinaigrette.

And for dessert: raw raspberry chocolate cheesecake (SVCC menu) with cashew milk, coconut cream, and raw cacao drizzled with house-made raspberry sauce.

A feast for the eyes and the belly: this Mac Stack Deluxe Burger from Burger Patch at their new Land Park location. It has bacon! It has cheese! It has tater tots! It has pickles! It has mac & cheese! And can’t resist this creamy, delicious chocolate cherry shake (50/50 vanilla/chocolate). Both items are on their limited-time Spring menu. Root Down Pita Pocket stuffed with roasted celeriac, rutabaga, parsnips, vegan cream spread, sliced red onion, mint, dill, romaine, and tomato, topped with vegan steak sauce and house-made vegan feta. Burly’s Tacos filled with taco “meat” (ground pumpkin seed, cauliflower, and crimini), purple cabbage and corn pico, shaved red onion, cashew sour cream, and vegan queso fresco.
