Meet Annie Kalume Wenu – Organisational Development HR at Kinsevere mine and winner of the “We want to be better/We do what we say” values award in MMG’s Second Quarter Working Together, Global Recognition Program.

Annie recently joined the HR team at Kinsevere and since then has worked hard to improve many processes on site including the Recognition Program and the supporting the launch of the People and Culture Survey in the DRC.

“This is an opportunity to thank my colleagues for their continued support in helping me meet and exceed my goals. I work as part of a team of dedicated people who ensure that we do what we say to make MMG Kinsevere a better place to work. I have found among my colleagues open people, which allows me to give my all to help others realise their potential. Working for MMG gave me the opportunity to transfer the few skills I have to younger generations”.
