Hey everyone.

I want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has taken part in these live stream classes and lives in the last 10 weeks!

Its been wonderful to see you all stay active, work around the situation and push yourselves.

I am now so busy with virtual PT sessions and Online Coaching and hope to be doing in person sessions soon so I am gutted to say that I simply don't have the time to livestream regularly anymore.

I shall do the odd livestream workout that I shall still advertise and I shall still use this page to post useful content to keep you all motivated.

2. Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind.
3. Check on your friends and family members. Even the seemingly happy ones. A fake smile can hide alot of pain.
4. Remove people who are no good for you from your circle.

Really sorry to say I am pretty ill and so will be postponing my live classes for the rest of this week.

Sorry class got cancelled due to rain.
Here is an upper and abs circuit for you:

1 minute on each.
Shoulder presses
Side raises
Front raises
Push ups
Tricep dips
Sit ups
Leg raises
Plank

Have a 2 minute rest then repeat 3-5 times!
