Inadequate sleep can cause a dis-balance in immune cell levels resulting in an increased risk of developing infections like cold and flu.
Sometimes, we donβt give much emphasis on our bedtime routine and go to our bed with a stressful mind. This causes insufficient and improper sleep leading to a morning full of irritation, dullness, low energy, and low productivity. Therefore, following a healthy bedtime routine is as important as a healthy morning routine for a healthy life.
