WHAT'S IN A NAME?

A name declares who you are. God called Abram "Abraham" which means "Father of many nations" and so every time Abraham said his name he declared who God called him to be. And it was so… his descendants are not just the nation of Israel but all who believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

The name River Oaks was chosen to declare the blessing and goodness of God over the Market and every vendor that is part of our Artisan's group and over the RV Campground for every person that stays with us.

Psalms 1 - Blessed is the one who delights in the word of the Lord and meditates on it day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.

Jeremiah 17 - Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.

Psalms 92 - The righteous flourish and grow. They are planted in the house of the Lord; they flourish in the courts of our God. They bear fruit even in old age; they are ever full of sap and green to declare that the Lord is good. He is my Rock and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
