Few questions to answer:
Will we highlight inner city youth programs? No
Will we discuss how to get minorities more involved in the management processes of rugby clubs? No
What will we do? Nothing but complain and gripe and call other rugby programs racists if they don't do what we want and don't holds camps where we think they should be.
