New Instructor Announcement🗣️
Christina found yoga at 14 through Sassy Magazine, and she's been practicing ever since. She is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor and Level 1 Reiki Practitioner who has been sharing her passion for wellness in yoga studios and gyms for almost 20 years. She loves a dance-like flow as well as strength-building asanas, and she strives to share grace and gratitude with every breath.
