I'm married to Chris Gerloff and we have 4 kids left in the home - mine, ours, others. And a couple more who have left the nest 😭. I am gratefully clean & sober 5 years and the Lord continues to restore the years the locust ate. I became a consultant at 37 yrs old in 2020 simply because I had been looking for good skin care. I fell in love with the samples, the Black Bag & the discount Katy talked about at my friend's launch party. This is I why I offer the opportunity at every event, just like she did. Because God knew more, God had a plan. God knew my prayers and the desires of my heart ❤️

The 1st eye-opener came immediately after the bag arrived. I sought medical advice for pain in my face & it turned out to be a giant tumor that had broken my jaw bone 😒. Over the course of the next 4-5 months, I had to miss at least 12 weeks of work as they amputated my jaw & rebuilt it with bones from my leg. I had no intention of actually being a consultant, but the Black Bag became the answer and helped pay our bills when the vacation time ran out after 2 week! How many of you could cover a 12 week gap in income? I didn't know I could until I had to. I couldn't have without Mary Kay.

Even after that, I went back to work and just did Mary Kay part time for almost a year. I told Katy and Peggy over and over, I was happy with my Red Jacket. I didnt want to be a Director. I didnt think I was good enough or skilled enough. I didnt want more, in fact I wanted less. Less stress, less time away from my family. They told me Mary Kay was the answer, it's a common misconception that people think they are too busy- when in fact that reason to not do it becomes the why you do it!

Fast forward....We got a high maintenance infant bonus child in the middle of September and it was like God slapped upon the head saying I've already given you everything you need. Went into DIQ November 1st, became Director Feb 1st (with my incredible unit) and told my boss it was time to replace me.

It's not always easy, but it's worth it. I've grown so much and not done yet. My circle of women is so empowering and faith filled! My mission is bringing confidence to the surface. Helping women discover their hidden talents and breaking belief barriers, especially around worthiness 💕💋 because this opportunity is for everyone! You matter. You are worthy.
