This week is Mental Health Awareness week and the theme this year is anxiety. As someone who struggles and frequently would like to put their brain in the bin I wanted to spread some love. I will be leaving these pocket hugs around (inspired by the wonderful ) with a reminder that it’s good to talk! If you would like to send someone a pocket hug and a note send me a DM!

Fancy learning a new skill. I have 2 workshop coming up next week.

Tuesday 16th (and Tuesday 23rd) join me at Wychwood Library as we tackle Punch Needle. Over two weeks will will creating a beautifully textured coaster or wall hanging. No experience necessary. There are only 3 spaces left!

Friday 19th we will be making yarn bowls The Chippy Larder. Suitable for all whether you’ve picked up a hook before or not.

When I’m sat at home crocheting on my couch I often wonder if anyone else will like it so the past 3 days have been a massive confidence and self esteem boost for me!
