Creating Value Content is the most challenging in the content creating space. In a era where people are always seeking instant gratification instead of engaging topics that need one to focus, it is very easy for value content creators to lose their enthusiasm. Dopamine is a real thing and most people today would rather view high stimulating content but gain no knowledge than view content that will teach them something new. Staying dedicated is absolutely crucial for the value creator. They must understand that this type of creating requires patience. Instead of expecting rapid growth, they must realize it is a game of chess not checkers. Eventually, the right people will start engaging with the content because that's what value content is all about, attracting the people who are in need of that particular information. It is easy to be distracted in this era where mediocre people (no offense) do a silly dance on TikTok and get thousands of likes while a video about the importance of shadow work barely gets 10 likes. However, this should not discourage a value content creator because it is all about quality and not quantity.
I am excited about this journey as I will also be learning, unlearning, trying, failing and trying again until I get it. Let the teaching and learning begin.

Quitting w**d was the best decision I made this year (2022)
Here's why (Thread)
● More Mental Clarity
Eversince I last smoked, I noticed a lot of changes and one of them was thinking more clearly. When I used to smoke, I always had this feeling of having fog/smoke in my brain. It clouded my judgement and it gave me a feeling of heaviness.
However, recently I feel like I have more focus and I can make clear decisions. My head feels lighter and I now have a feeling of flow in my everyday life. I can remember and recall things easily. I no longer have short term memory loss which is caused by smoking too much w**d.
● Amplified Current State of Being
I have always looked at w**d as a herb that amplifies what you already are. We've all heard the beliefs associatied with it, like making one more productive or smarter than usual. However, I believe that those qualities were already within.
The w**d just makes the qualities stronger. The purpose of this subheading is to demonstrate that as much as w**d is believed to cause these traits, it can also cause a negative impact. For example, it can also amplify states of depression and anxiety.
For me personally, it accelerated my anxiety and nerves. I was already self-conscious and far from where I wanted to be in life, smoking w**d made it worse. After I stopped, I gained more confidence to go after my goals and face reality head on while sober-minded.
● Balanced Eating Patterns
Just like how w**d amplifies one's state of being, it also heightens the senses. After smoking, one can feel their senses heightened, whether it's hunger, hearing, tasting or sexual desires. This is what causes addiction and dependency on the herb.
For me, it used to mess with my eating patterns. I would feel a heightened sense of hunger but less desire to eat. This lead to me losing weight. Yes, there are beliefs that it makes you eat more but that's not entirely true. It makes you crave eating, and mostly junk food.
