Nothing like low carb day…..

Hey all….I haven’t updated in a while. I’ve been on a bit of a challenging journey. I fell off the rails with regards to my health and well being. I’m back on again and living a healthy life again. I’ve discovered carb cycling and it’s been amazing. I’ve also been doing Zumba classes which I totally love. I hopefully will start posting again with different product I use and meal ideas along with some exercising tips. Much love 💕

Have you ever thought about the benefits of turkey mince? I love my turkey mince breakfast balls. Add your favourite fresh herbs and I air fry mine.
Turkey is a very rich source of protein, niacin, vitamin B6 and the amino acid tryptothan. Apart from these nutrients, it is also contains zinc and vitamin B12. The skinless white meat of turkey is low on fat and is an excellent source of high protein.

The best thing about this program is the food 🥘 it teaches you about nutrition and has an amazing support network ☺️ food list and meal plans 🤗 daily one on one mentoring 😉 even after finishing the program you can still get to enjoy having a hot breakfast like this 🍳

There is such a stereotype that men don’t do this kind of program. Men don’t diet because it’s a “girly” thing to do and not macho.
