🤍🤍🤍Reasons the core is priority #1 in health and fitness development:
1. It aids all movement- come to class and experience “building up the trunk” (ballerinas know)2. The core is literally your center of gravity, the better you can communicate with it, the more you can do with other muscles!3. A strong core will speed up progress on other muscle groups!4. For women: give birth a little easier (studies show- see story) And recover quicker!!5. For men: easier to pick up things like girls, literally and figuratively (see-any movie with a male lead who has abs)
