Today April 12th Is: National Grilled Cheese Day!
We love Grilled Cheese in our house! I like to dress it up by adding Pickles or Lunch Meats. I've even made it with different kinds of cheeses to add more flavor. BUT the BEST Tip I've ever received was to use Mayonnaise on the outside of the bread to grill it instead of adding butter to the pan. My Grill Cheese comes out evenly browned instead of the random half browned or overly browned sandwiches!! Give it a try and let me know what you think.

What’s for Dinner Tonight? I used my New Deluxe Electric Grill/Grilled to make Swiss Cheese & Grilled Chicken Panini’s for my husband’s dinner. It only took 2:30 minutes to grill ALL that chicken plus 2:30 minutes to grill two panini’s at once! Dinner literally took me maybe 15 minutes from start to finish! And look at how easy clean up was!
