This post is about 2 weeks over over due, but I was looking over these action shots from the ELV8 workout and I have to say thank you to everyone who participated! It is so incredibly special to see my vision come to life of women supporting women and promoting female empowerment. You are ELV8!

We hope you guys had an amazing Christmas! Thank you to everyone who ordered ELV8 gear! Every year I take the last week off to get out of town and “unplug.” This means orders won’t be fulfilled until 1/3! We’ll see you in 2022 - relaxed and recharged!

Workouts are wayyyyy more fun with other people. That’s why we’re planning group workouts a few times a year starting JANUARY 2022 at local St. Louis gyms.
