EIZ MU Student Chapter Inspires Local Secondary School Students to Pursue Engineering.
To commemorate African Engineering Week, the EIZ Mulungushi University Student Chapter conducted a career outreach program to Muteteshi School on Friday, 26th September, 2023. Because education is the best equalizer, we thought it best to bring the world of engineering to the doorstep of our community school. This was done with the aim of fostering an interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields amongst the Grade 11 and 12 pupils at the school.
By reaching out to our local community and encouraging students to explore engineering, we hope to have sown the seeds of innovation and progress in the hearts of tomorrow's engineers. In a world where engineering solutions are more critical than ever, initiatives like these serve as a reminder that inspiration can come from unexpected places, and it's never too early to start nurturing the engineers of the future.
