My sister & brother in law surprised me with a kitchen makeover! They put a fresh coat of paint, installed shelving, wallpapered, and decorated (with my skates!). I came back from my travels completely surprised.

My brother in law works in graphic design and made this custom graphic of my roller skates and I’m so in love with it.

It was all so thoughtful, I can’t comprehend what I did to deserve this. Neither of them have Instagram but major appreciation post & skate decor inspo! 😭

Since I’ve hit 10k… I think it’s time to come clean. My profile picture has actually been EDITED purple. The original color behind me was blue 🤭

Here are some other facts about me!

✨I work a nine to five as a videographer and photographer for a local nonprofit. I adore my job

✨I’m a very spiritual person but have removed/ restructured my relationship with organized religion through deconstruction the past two years.

✨ I love art in all forms, painting, music, yoga, you name it! Skating is one of many creative hobbies I enjoy.

✨ I’m the oldest of four, I have three younger siblings- two sisters and a brother.

✨ One of my life goals is to create and produce a documentary that makes it to Netflix! (Or any major streaming service) I have a passion for story telling and truly believe we all have a story to share that adds value to the world.

This year I learned about an entirely new side of myself. & I’m happy to say I’m proud of the person I am becoming.

This new Alivia sets boundaries and keeps them. She respects herself and holds others to that same standard. She takes risks so that there is growth.

And instead of thinking “I’ll never be able to do that” I’ve reframed to “when I’m able to that” because I know with practice I can do anything.

But I also hope in 2022 I grow kinder, and continue to heal wholly so I can better give of myself to to others.
