Melody of Movement Your body holds the keys to unlocking your trauma and the wisdom to heal it.

With so many new faces here, I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Melody Harris, I am a trauma informed, body inclusive somatic yoga teacher… Which basically means I’ve learned how to work through some of my own trauma, and got certified in somatic trauma therapy, as well as yoga teacher certification, in order to facilitate healing and restoration with you! I also believe that every body can and should do yoga - whether you look like a yogi or not. So much of my practice is very inclusive and offers modifications for everyone.
I am a mom to two beautiful kiddos, a friend, a mystic and sometimes a teacher. I love people and believe in the power of not identifying as a victim and instead using the things that have hurt you to heal the world. Meditation can be many things and helps many people in learning how to detach from the ego chatter and allow the Divine wisdom or God be able to speak to you, past all the noise.
