Announcement *important please read*:
Hi friends!
Over the past few weeks, Nathan and I have been discussing the future of Peak and what it holds for both of us. Things have been changing fast and drastically in both of our lives, including career changes that caused us to talk about what is next in store.
That being said, Peak will be ending its run as a pop-up as of May 27th. We had a really fun run and appreciate each person who connected with us at an event, liked a post, followed this page, and bought a bag of coffee or cup from us. Thank you, Niagara for everything.
However, this isn’t necessarily a good bye but rather a see you soon! I (Caleb) have another project I’m super excited about that will be launching in July . Spectrum will be focusing primarily on special events and weddings as a mobile espresso bar. (We are stoked about our completely new and sweet set up!) You can expect the same great service and excellent quality beverages, this time along side my lovely wife, Emily. Feel free to check it out and follow it! We will be posting some content as we wait for our new cart and gear to arrive and you can inquire about booking us for your upcoming events!
For now, catch us on May 27th for our last pop-up at This or That Market on Glendale in St.Catharines.

We are SUPER stoked to share that our next feature roaster is .coffee !
Subtext is based out of Toronto, ON (the first Ontario based roaster to hit our bar) and are pushing the boundaries of quality and transparency in the speciality coffee community.
I (Caleb) have been eagerly waiting to bring Subtext to the bar and serve you all some beautiful coffees from one of our favourite roasters right now. You will not want to miss out on getting a cup, a bag for home, or both!

We have been pretty silent over the past few weeks as we have been gearing up for the next two months.
We have some very exciting coffees coming to the menu and we can’t wait to share them with you. We’ll be announcing our newest feature roaster shortly 👀
We’re stoked to be popping up with our friends on April 16th to serve the people of St.Catharines some unreal coffees.
April 22nd you’ll find us Downtown St.Catharines slinging pourovers between 11-4 at the Go Green! Marketplace.
Then we are excited to be back with our good friends at Silversmith in Virgil again on April 23rd from 11-6p.
