Starting the week off with a cleanse from 🧃

Today I will get approx. 32.5g Fat, 270.5g Carbs, and 30.5g Protein from juice. I’ll add 20g Protein from my collagen peptides and 20g Protein from bone broth 🙌🏻

Night time cocktail ✨

Magnesium in warm water is the perfect night cap. Try it instead of that glass of wine and you won’t regret it.

✔️Hydrate w/ (love most flavors but am obsessed with raspberry and watermelon)

Okay y’all, I don’t eat bagels but my kids do and I might start now that I found . This is the perfect switcharoo for the bagel eater. Still delicious and has 26g of protein!!

Food prep Monday 🤤

Sometimes the weekend doesn’t lend the time for the weeks food prep, do it on Monday!

This week is Buffalo Chicken Broccoli Bowls with 61g protein, 11g carbs and 23g fat. Dm for the recipe❤️

Quick filling lunch 🙌🏻

2 Smoked Chicken Sausage (spinach feta) brand
1 Honey Crisp Apple
2oz Fage 0% yogurt
2tbsp PB (you can use PB2, almond butter, etc)
2tbsp Honey 🍯
Sprinkle cinnamon

Macros:
36g Protein
30g Fats
40g Carb

Honestly, this is a little heavy on the fats than I would typically get in a meal, but it all balances out between my 3 meals and snacks. I try to stay around 75-85g a day but don’t beat myself up when i go over, especially when it’s good fats. Unpopular opinion in the diet world…. Fats are GOOD!

Jumping for joy that we made it through the Monday after Mothers Day ❤️

Any other moms find it hard to come down from their pedestal? We only get to be there a couple times a year and it is TOUGH when it’s over 🙋🏼‍♀️ Hang in there ladies, it’s going to be a good week!

Lunch 🤤

Easy meal prep and so yummy! I like to keep an natural rotisserie chicken in the fridge to pull from throughout the week. I sautéed the whole bag of Brussels so I could throw them on something else later 🙌🏻
