Had some lovely breakfasts the last few days. Yesterday I had cheese and ham melt hash brown made in the waffle maker and today I had slimming world recipe full Mexican breakfast, both really nice x
So I did a lot better over the weekend this week, not perfect but decent for a weekend. Started the day off today with something quick and filling x

That's my holiday booked for 7 weeks tomorrow so I would like to lose 2lb per week to lose a stone in time for it, wish me luck x
Really pleased with myself today usually struggle on a Saturday but had eggs on toast this mor in, garlic and lemon scallops for lunch and homemade sw prawn jalfrezi for tea, 2 syns for the poppadom x
Today's dinner is lentil and sweet potato curry with rice and salad x

My food today, started with sardines on toast. (not everyone's cup of tea but I love them) Iceland slimming world Chinese banquet rice for lunch (only ate Half as was too much) salmon, rice and sugar snap peas for tea and a treat if wotsits (41/2syns) and Pepsi max x
Omg how is this a diet, double bacon burger, chips and salad x

Aldi breakfast topper with a muller light and king prawn Laksa noodles for lunch, so nice 😋😋
