Macaroni and Vegetable soup. Ingredients: Ground Beef ( or ground turkey, ground sausage) Olive oil onion garlic Broth - or chicken/beef bouillon Elbow macaroni (Cooked separately) Vegetables (Kale. spinach, cabbage, carrots, peas, or any green leafy vegetables you prefer.) Salt and pepper Milk. (Fresh or evaporated milk) Saute onion and garlic, add ground meat, and wait to cook. Add broth or chicken/beef bouillon and let it simmer. Add cooked elbow macaroni. While simmering add milk, salt, and pepper. Lastly, add your vegetables. Best served with buttered hot dinner rolls. Enjoy!

You need: Chicken Breast Garlic Onion Stir Fry Vegetables (organic or frozen, your choice) Teriyaki Sauce - Homemade or Store bought Hoisin sauce Salt and pepper to taste. Saute garlic and onions, add chicken and wait for it to brown. Add teriyaki sauce and hoisin sauce. Simmer for 2 mins (low to medium heat) Add stir fry vegetables, and make sure you do not overcook. Simple Pork and Chicken Adobo. Put everything in a pot and wait to simmer. Remove sauce when meat is tender, add a little olive oil to your pan and brown meat for a few mins. Add the sauce back and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Serve hot with rice! Recipe: Pork , Chicken, Dark Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Garlic, Pepper, Sugar, Bayleaf. #adobo #filipinofood
