Discovery Bubbles 💚

These classes are suitable for toddlers aged 19 months to 36 months. Each week we will explore and learn about new topics through themed play and guided activities and games, whilst also giving your toddler an opportunity to meet and play alongside others.

We will also have fun singing some songs whilst using the musical instruments and we will end the class with a group activity.

Classes are toddler-led and informal, giving your little one opportunities to learn new topics each week at a stage that suits them within a fun and relaxed environment.

Wonder Bubbles 💙

These classes are suitable for babies aged 12 weeks to 18 months. Each week we will learn a new topic of baby signs to help and aid with the understanding and communication between you are your baby, whilst also giving your baby an opportunity to meet and play alongside others, explore the activities and toys and to learn some songs.

During class you and your baby will have time to explore the different sensory activity’s each week - which is a great chance for some 1-1 play and bonding, learn new baby signs, sing some songs and explore the musical instruments, a group activity with the bubbles or parachute and ending the class with a chance to free play and socialise with others.

Classes are baby-led and informal, meaning you can feed your baby, change their nappy, sit and cuddle etc. and I can always go over any missed baby signs at the end of class.

⭐️ Facebook Glitch ⭐️

I have noticed overnight a few reviews have vanished 😩

After a quick look into it I’m not alone and a few other businesses have been affected by this issue. It has been reported to Facebook themselves but it’s unlikely they’ll resolve it.

As a small business that heavily relies on reviews, it is incredibly frustrating to have them disappear overnight especially when I know how much effort went into the lovely reviews you have left.

Each review means a lot, so much so, I know which reviews have disappeared, who they were from and the dates of when they were written.

The missing reviews were left between May 2022 - July 2023.

I wanted to pop this post up for a few reasons;
1. In case you notice your review is no longer on our page, it hasn’t been deleted, it’s just vanished.
2. If you’re a business owner also, it may be worth double checking you’re not missing reviews and if so, report the issue to Facebook too.
3. Some Facebook posts that went out recently said I was at nearly 50 five star reviews, which is now unfortunately not the case.

World Breastfeeding Week 🤱🌍

It’s important to have a happy mum and baby, whether that be breast or bottle fed but breastfeeding needs more support and awareness. In the UK 81% of new mum’s begin breastfeeding but by 6 months only 1% continue breastfeeding, this shows more funding and support is needed for sure🤱

Breastfeeding is a skill that both mum and baby have to learn for it to go smoothly and sometimes it’s no easy ride, it can be; exhaustion, feeling like baby is literally glued to the breast, breastfeeding issues such as latching, colic, tongue tie, mastitis etc., the constant thirst (& hunger too!) and not forgetting the fast let down in the early months and baby sick that makes it all so glamorous! 😂

But let’s not forget, you’re feeding a tiny person in order to grow, all the goodness and antibodies you’re giving your baby and in return lots of lovely cuddles and memories made along the way 💗

So to all the mum’s that currently breastfeed, the mum’s that support other mum’s choosing to breastfeed, the partners, friends and family members that show support, the midwives, health visitors and other health professionals being on hand to support, the work places and businesses that show support, the mum’s that gave breastfeeding a go - even if it didn’t work out, the mum’s that breastfed for a few days and the mum’s breastfeeding a lot longer than they originally planned. You’re all doing an amazing job in creating that network of support for breastfeeding mums ❤️

After an 11 year engagement, I finally have a date set for the wedding! ✨🤍

For many years the wedding plans went on the back burner whilst having my little family and I’m sure many of you can relate to the big financial juggle of having young children whilst saving for a wedding, but bit by bit plans are finally coming together and are getting booked in 😅

Our Infant Feeding groups are where families can receive support and feeding information from our peer support volunteers 💕

As a breastfeeding parent myself, I understand the struggles you can face when breastfeeding. Support has come a long way over the last few years which is great, but we’ve still got a long way to go as country in being more supportive and informative when it comes to supporting breastfeeding mums 🤱🌍

For only £25 a term, you will secure you and your toddler’s space for 5 weeks in our relaxed and engaging classes. Class sizes are kept small to prevent toddlers from feeling overwhelmed and nervous, giving them the confidence and space to explore and choose what toys and activities they wish to play with 🧸

Each week there is a new theme in class for your child to explore and learn about. Each theme incorporates an array of other educational topics within, such as; counting and numbers, fine motor skills, problem solving, sharing and turn taking etc. 🧠

Toddlers learn mostly through play which is why all our classes are fun, varied and exciting whilst being educational. All our classes avoid messy play activities, meaning our classes are allergy-safe and inclusive to all ✅

Classes are instructed by Georgia, who has over ten years experience within the Early Years sector as well as over eight years of being a parent (in those eight years of being a parent, I’ve always had a child at home aged three and under!) 👶🏼

I love taking my little ones here for a play as they always have so much fun and sleep well at bedtime! 😅😴

I’m back from a lovely break away to Butlins with the family 🥰🏖️

We managed to cram so many activities into those 4 days and it still wasn’t enough time to get everything done but we all had fun even if the weather wasn’t great (typical it’s now brightening up this week!)

The work phone is back on and I’ll be contactable again. I’m spending the next few days building furniture and refurbing the kids bedrooms before the summer hols begin! 😅

Did you know all of Baby Bubble Club’s classes are allergy safe? 🌼

Recently I have been made aware that some parents are attending our classes due to them being allergen-free. Parents have said they feel at ease their child can explore and play without having to worry and shadow due to what activities are out.

Many baby groups allow snacks to be consumed, have messy play activities (these may contain foods and other allergens) and not all have strict hygiene policies in place.

Baby Bubble Club request details of any allergies of the baby/toddler and parent attending ahead of class, so I am aware and no snacks from myself or others are to be consumed within class (if we have snacks for a special occasion, notice will be given and you will be catered for). No messy play activities for both allergy and hygiene reasons and all equipment, toys and materials are either washed or sanitised after each use ✨

So rest assured you can attend one of our classes knowing we are being mindful of allergens ✅

Today in Wonder Bubbles we reflected back on the variety of baby signs we have learnt over the term 🖐️, explored the colours and fabrics 🌈 and enjoyed some music, bubbles and free play 🫧

I had the pleasure of a full class of little ones and their parents this morning. In today’s class we went through all the signs we have covered over the five week term; signs for basic needs, family & actions, animals, and weather & play. By learning these signs it helps to communicate across what is being said easier 👶

We also explored the colours and fabrics, playing with them and feeling the different textures. We had fun playing with the bubbles to music. We also enjoyed having a singsong with the musical instruments and some time to free play alongside others 🥰

We ended the class by giving out their award certificates that they have earned over this term ⭐️

Thank you to all those that attended Wednesday’s Wonder Bubbles. I hope you’ve all enjoyed your time - I’ll miss seeing you and your little ones each week, especially to those that have attended a few terms with us now and to one parent who’s completed 4 terms with us and their little one will be starting nursery in September 🥺

Today in Dreamy Bubbles we done a full body massage, completing all the massage techniques we have learnt over the 5 week term 💜
