Event Announcement:
PremierFC 6 will take place on Sunday April 16th in St Finbars GAA Hall in Cork City.

It will be a dual event (2x events in the same venue on the same day).
From roughly 12 midday to 4:30pm, it will be the finale of SBG Cork followed by a 1hr intermission where the hall will be cleared.

Then, from 5:30pm to 9:30pm we will hold our 6th installment of PremierFC.

Matchmaking is underway, fighters/coaches get in touch to be matched for the show.

Appreciation Post:
On Tuesday of PremierFC 4 fight week (Dec 6th) we found out that one of our dear friends, my cousin & sponsor of the show, Michael McCullagh of McCullagh Couriers had been in a terrible car accident on the M7, leaving him in a coma with 2 bleeds on the brain, broken bones, punctured lungs & fighting for his life in ICU. 

The crash was so bad it made national news headlines! 
Not only is Michael a dear friend/loved one, he was an amazing sponsor of the show & incredibly generous with his time & energy. Helping out amazingly with assembly of the cage. 

When we heard this news we feared the absolute worst & were in a state of shock. We all held our breath as we waited for updates on the situation.

Now, over a month later, incredibly (I can’t believe Im typing this), Michael is starting to make a proper recovery!
The nurses are calling it a miracle & he is starting to regain his memory & regular cognitive function.
We don’t know how long it will take for Michael to get back on his feet fully & return to his normal self but this truly is a miracle.

If you’re at the show on January 27th, watch out for McCullagh Couriers branding on our cage. Michael is a true gentleman & these are the people behind the scenes that are part of the community that make running a show possible.

Amateur mma personally is all about respect and becoming a better version of yourself mentally. It takes a strong mind to overcome self doubts, personal challenges just to go face another warrior across from you! And that is what makes us all winners regardless of the result! 💪🏿

Got the result but I have a lot to learn because each fight is a journey to test myself on what I am capable of physically and especially mentally.
