Letting the sparks fly
When you have to right tools and gear the job is that much easier.
With over 30yds of concrete that has to be poured, prep work is a must. We have sectioned the pour off in three sections. 10yds per section so we arenโt rushing so much. End result will be some nicely finished concrete. ๐ช๐พ
All the rough plumbing is done and has passed inspection. Now itโs time to get these shovels working to fill the hole back in.
Some may feel their hardwood floors are beyond repair and refinishing. In some cases that may be the circumstance. The crew at R&M believe in preservation and we were able to breath life back into these 60yr old oak floors.

This past friday R&M Design and Construction finished our GovCon WBDC Spring 2019 Cohort. It was our pleasure and honor to be accepted into this cohort. With the help of the WBDC we were able to make numerous relationships with different city and government officials. We also gathered and summited all paperwork for our DBE Certification.
Check out this amazing bathroom remodel. The classic look of the marble style tile and modern fixtures work together to give this bath a great feel. The heated floors and stand alone tub give you a spa feel. This remodel shouts elegance and class.

We used the Schluter Kerdi Shower Drain Kit with Tileable Grate. The trick to this shower is being able to pitch the large profile 12"x24" tile to the drain. To accomplish this we have to do relief cuts. โ
