Getting the balance right with a full time NHS job and new clients is challenging! But Iām trying hard to get it right!
AHP Careers Fayre was a massive success!! Such a great turnout from a huge variety of interesting and enthusiastic individuals. Great conversations and hopefully lots of talent coming to NHS A&A!!

š¹SAVE TIME ON AIRWAY CLEARANCEš¹
I understand the burden of treatment in respiratory conditions - time consuming nebulisers, inhalers, expectorants, steroids and all the rest.
Here are some tips to try and save you some time.
As the saying goes:
āIf you stay ready, you donāt have to get ready!ā
So, keep hydrated, use your devices, work your chest clearance into your routine.
Make it a habit so you do it automatically and use your valuable time to do what you love.
If you think you need help with clearing your chest, using a chest clearance device or managing any other symptoms, please get in touch and we can optimise your management.

I can tailor a bespoke package depending on what you need.
Iāve done work for Glasgow Caledonian University and have projects coming soon for other higher education centres.

š¹This week in clinic š¹
This week Iāve had some lovely clients working on improving their symptoms.
If you or someone you know is struggling with airway clearance, breathlessness or ongoing effects of COVID, please get in touch. We can work together to help improve symptoms and improve quality of life.
Inclusivity is important in healthcare.
Itās important to me and itās important for patient centred care. My clinic is a safe space for all patients whatever their issue.
SLEEEEEEP is so important! I am feeling it today as my little boy had a wee unsettled night. Some others might be at the end of their party season and in need of a good rest š¤£
In any case, here are some good sleep tips to optimise your sleep quality and environment.
Good advice for anyone but if youāre struggling with your chest symptoms, getting a better quality sleep will certainly help.
Wishing all my clients and followers a very happy and prosperous New Year.
Thank you for all your support in 2022. Youāve made starting a business while pregnant and running it with a baby a little bit nicer.
Happy Hogmanay š“ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó “ó æ
