I’ve said this for years. As a leader, sometimes sheep bite! How you respond matters! Fight, flee, fume or forgive ! Your gonna choose one. If you are walking wounded or offended you need to get someone to help you process and release it. Walking wounded isn’t how God designed you to lead yet so many leaders are doing just that. They are holding on to hurt’s or burnout and they need to let it go!! If you need help reach out. I’m here to help!!

Make time to rest. Avoid burnout by spending time with your Heavenly Father in prayer and in the Word this week! Don't let the enemy keep you so busy doing ministry that you forget WHO you are serving in ministry.

Overwhelmed, Burned Out - Tom Bump Ministry & Coaching Many leaders are struggling privately with burnout, overwhelm and exhaustion and its cost to themselves and those they leader is staggering

I spent last week in Orlando at the Children's Pastors' Conference there over 2,000 leaders there. So many that I talked to have powerful stories and are doing world changing work.
BUT
Many are quietly hurting, discouraged, overwhelmed, feeling alone. They are walking dark valleys.
STANDING IN THE VALLEY,
that’s what I do. I meet them there and help them navigate the season.
I want to do this full time. I can’t without your help. I need a bunch of my friends and family join a launch team of monthly financial support. I’m a full time pastor to pastors. I’m posting my giving link.

Would you consider a $50, $100 or whatever you can a month for 1 year? The goal is to raise $3,000 a month I have $275 committed so far.

It’s been a great week at Children’s Pastors Conference. Gave away our Retreat in a Backpack to a wonderful pastors wife!!

My Birthday was Dec 23 and it was a great day. I received many encouraging messages and thoughts. Could I ask you do consider helping me make a wish come true? I want to help ministry leaders avoid quitting ministry. I need some people to stand with me in a financial way for 2022. I want 100% of my focus to be on mission. I can't do this if I'm having to create more income to cover the expenses of this mission. That's what I did in 2021! I can't do that realistically in 2022. Would you consider joining my launch team?
