A long time coming 🎉 a 4 year cycle has finally come to an end and a new cycle begins! What cycle have you been in since 2018? For me, it's this healing journey of course 😆

The drastic shifts this month might feel a little like we're swinging on a pendulum, our bodies are trying to internalize and externalize the shifts so that these new changes lock into place. The energies of Scorpio are, to put simply "no bu****it allowed" so no surprise that we're asked to stop bu****itting ourselves especially with habits that we may be familiar and comfortable with but are actually not serving us. Scorpio season can sometimes seem like the roughest one for many because it forces us to face difficult truths we may have been trying to ignore or deny that they bother us because it's easier to stick to what's familiar instead of making the effort to change, it's easier to not face ourselves sometimes, it's easier to stay quiet instead of confronting someone with how they've been disrespecting us. But sometimes the right things aren't the easy choice because we have to face resistance with what is currently the status quo. Scorpio energy forces us to step up to the plate, to take accountability in the parts we play and make things happen as much as we say we want the change.
In wanting change, we must first confront ourselves, our mindsets, our beliefs, our habits and our actions. As we transform ourselves, we embody the change we desire 🌟
