Hello beautiful community. Summer is ending, the acorns have been falling off the tall gamble oaks surrounding my home for about ten days.
As we head into autumn, many of us may find ourselves more inward, self-reflective and aware of what needs to die in us as the leaves and fruits rot and many birds leave for warmer places.
Some of you may even struggle with seasonal depression.
If you or anyone you know needs support through this season, I am here, taking new clients. I work with teenage girls who are struggling with self-esteem, eating disorders and depression. I work with adult men and women who want to step more fully into their creativity and life force, who have a history of anxiety, depression, PTSD or trauma of any kind.
