Pizza and a movie tonight! I'm making whole wheat pizza dough, topped with red sauce, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, marinated artichoke hearts, olives and cheese. Plus a salad on the side. What's on your menu tonight? :)

Whole wheat pasta with marinara sauce, plus a side of green beans, and a spinach salad topped with sliced almonds, feta cheese, red grapes, and chopped celery with a vinaigrette dressing. For dessert, we are having sliced Asian pears sprinkled with cinnamon, yummy! What's on your menu? :)
Tonight's dinner was black bean tacos: corn tortillas, chopped tomatoes, olives, shredded lettuce, guacamole, cheese and salsa. Plus, a side of Mexican seasoned rice. What did you have for dinner tonight? :)
Making some homemade soup for dinner tonight, with garden-fresh zucchini and squash. It's a broth based soup with tomatoes, beans, carrots, onions, cabbage, zucchini, squash, and any other veggies from the fridge that I decide to throw in. What's on your menu tonight? :)

Easy dinner tonight (pulling some left-overs from the fridge): baked potatoes, topped with chili, chives, salsa, etc. Served with watermelon (my favorite!), and a big veggie tray with dip including carrots, celery, broccoli, bell peppers, sugar snap peas, cucumbers and cauliflower. Tonight's dinner plans: homemade pizza and a movie. The pizza has whole-wheat dough, red sauce, and tons of veggies (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, artichoke hearts, etc) plus a little bit of cheese to top it off. Low-key dinner plans tonight: 7 layer bean dip and chips, a massive veggie tray (cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, celery, sugar snap peas, etc) with dip, and a fruit salad. Any fun weekend plans for dinner tonight? :)

Easy meal plan for a low-key Friday night: munchies and a movie. A HUGE veggie platter with carrots, celery, broccoli, cucumbers, bell peppers, and cauliflower.
