This years Wild Ferment will be made from Chardonnay Musqué. Highly aromatic with beautiful small compact clusters are getting close to harvest for this year’s Methode Ancestrale.

Been a busy few last days here at the winery. First racking for Pinot and Syrah after being on lees for 9.5 months. The aromatics and texture for both of these wines are off the charts. We’ll let these wines sit in stainless to come together for a month minimum before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
Highly recommended for a Sunday morning hangover 😉. Cheers!!

Another beautiful day to work in the vineyard, overcast, no wind and cool equal perfect conditions. This little guy in about 4 months time will be the 2020 AB Wines Whole Cluster Syrah🤟
A successful day of weeding in the Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir block in Kaleden.
2019 Viognier, native yeast, no enzyme, natural malo, 1000 litre cask ferment and aged 7 months on lees prior to being bottled un-fined and unfiltered. 12.5% alcohol. Stone fruits, apricots, grilled pineapple, gun smoke with a pretty reduction. Available July 1, just 83 cases.

Semi Carbonic Malbec Rosé. Pressed off at 3% alcohol to stainless and neutral oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur at bottling. Red Plum, Raspberry, Crushed Currant and a fabulously silky palate.
Well they’re finally here! We will be doing a “soft” release directly from the winery Tuesday April 28 and a full release on May 1st. Please contact me directly or AmoVino and Storied Spirits and Wines to have your allocation.
