PPI has expanded on our injector bore repair sleeves and now offer a N54, N63, S63 Direct injection delete kit for $299.99

Kit comes complete with drill bit, drill guide, tap, and air hose to remove shavings.

Best of all if you ever want to switch back to DI just unscrew the plug and install our sleeves. Head is now fully serviceable.

Our DI delete kit has no seals to blow out like our competitors plugs and you don’t have to beat these in with a hammer like another competitors kit which could possibly damage the head from being used for DI ever again.

Our kit offers a perfect seal to ensure no combustion gases leak out.

Here is our injector bore fix. Procedure is simple. Same as fixing a bad spark plug thread. Take your time. Put grease on drill bit and tap and have shop air to blow out cylinder. But it can be done with head on the car. Just take your time. Obviously safest method to ensure no metal shavings is to pull the head but this fixes the Ovaled out injector bores and provides you a stainless steel sleeve for the injector seal to push against and won’t oval out. It’s a very tight seal. This fixes injector misfires due to ovaled out injector holes.

We are still beta testing this for longevity. It’s in the very early stages of testing. But this saves your cylinder head from having to be replaced or engine replaced.

Following up on a post from last week. Here is our patent pending injector bore fix. Kits include drill, tap, and 6 fittings.

This is still in beta testing. Right now we are installing with head off the engine. Great thing to do when building a engine.

They are stainless steel so it won’t fail again. But if it did. It’s as easy as changing a spark plug. Just unscrew, screw in a new one, change injector seal and you are back in business.

You can drill and tap and put these in with head on the engine in the car. But must be sure to blow shop air through spark plug hole which blows the shavings out the injector hole. It’s very important to blow this out good and piston must be on TDC when doing this. We are still beta testing this with head on the engine. We strongly recommend having a shop do this that’s familiar with retreading spark plug threads in heads on a car. They have the experience to do this as it’s the same in practice as what we are doing here.

Hey everyone. Haven’t posted in awhile. We have been busy. But here are some pics of new projects.

1. 20t turbos. We are making and beta testing some 20T turbos with true td04 compressor housings and td04h turbines with 20t 7+0 compressor wheels.

2. We have seen some issues of misfires in cars with ovaled out injector bores. Teflon tape didn’t work, the cap press in trick didn’t work etc. We can put in new seals. Get a few 30 psi pulls and seals blow out again and misfires are back. So we have a screw in replacement sleeve we are working on for the injector bore. Obviously this is easy to do with head off the car but we have a few tricks on how to do this with head on the car and not get metal shavings in the heads. If all works as planned we will offer this repair kit on our site in the coming months. Right now we have 3d printed a couple samples just for testing purposes for initial fitment. Next we head to the machine shop for metal ones. But we can fix these heads. No reason to replace the head. One day we will run out of heads and if it ever happens again, You can change out the injector sleeve just as easy as changing a spark plug!

3. We have H-Beam rods coming. They are forged Steel H beam rods with arp 2000 bolts. Pricing will be $699 a set.

4. We will also have our own forged piston line we are working on. Will come with pistons, rings, and wrist pins for $799 a set.
