The first Monday of 2022 🙂🙃Did anyone else weirdly miss their routine? I'm really not mad about spending the day tidying up, ordering groceries, replying to emails, posting on Instagram ✅New year new me!!

Truthfully, when I started all of this 6 weeks ago I had no idea what to expect. I wasn’t sure if people would even need my help. File under good problems to have; people needed my help. Like, a lot of people. Cut to now, I’ve met and started working with so many people I would have never normally crossed paths with. Smart, interesting and ambitious business owners. A true dream come true!

So, I’m vowing to not worry so much about posting the perfect, curated content on here. I do enough of that in my day to day 😂 It’s all hard, and I can’t be the only one making it up as I go. Here’s to LESS grid anxiety and MORE life in 2021‼️

To set the scene, it was late winter of last year. I had just moved back in with my parents, quit my job, made a business plan and spent hours setting up my 'home salon'. I was so excited and so ready for what I thought had potential to be the best month of my life, March 2020! 🥲

Then life changed, in a big way. Having clients coming in and out of my house, where I lived with my family no longer seemed even like a remote possibility. Even though styling hair was something I loved to do (and still love to do!), it was truly more of a catalyst than anything. It allowed me to write, edit photos, make my own website, and learn how to manage a small business!

All that being said, I'm taking a little departure from hair content.. okay, a big departure. Introducing 🥁🥁 Good Twin VIRTUAL! I'm so excited to start posting about all things *virtual* AKA Instagram tips and tricks, what I do as a Virtual Assistant, tons of blog posts, and my overall journey to consistently avoiding a 9-5 😂 I would LOVE if you joined me ♥️ and if I promised you I'd style your hair, no I didn't 🤫
