Hello 👋🏻 and welcome to our snack trailer thenuttybavarian.ont!

We are the faces behind the business. My husband (Bobby) and myself (Chantel) started this little adventure two seasons ago, and have been loving every minute!

A little backstory, my husband and I have been together for 13 years and married for 2. We have two children aged 6 and almost 3.

We both work and do the food truck on spare weekends (we’re a little bit busy you could say 😅)

Our food truck offers freshly cinnamon roasted nuts, made right in the trailer, along with nachos and cheese, jumbo soft pretzels and more! 🫶🏻

We are so excited to be joining the Trunk Show At The Drive-In The Oxford Drive In & Reel Treats Trunk Show at the Oxford Drive-In this SUNDAY for the long weekend from 9am-1pm!

We can’t wait to see everyone and celebrate this amazing event, which happens weekly right in Woodstock, ON!

The event features local vendors of all different kinds, there really is something for everyone! Oh, and did I mention admission is FREE?

Come enjoy our freshly made cinnamon roasted nuts amongst other goodies we will have. Made fresh in the trailer (trust me they smell amazing and you won’t be able to resist. Think beer nuts but they’re soft and made fresh right in front of you🤤)

So, what are Bavarian nuts exactly?! We’re glad you asked 😉⬇️

Cinnamon glazed roasted peanuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, and cashews make a true Nutty Bavarian treat!

There is nothing like the sweet smell of old-world German Bavarian glazed roasted nuts—the light touch of vanilla combined with cinnamon creates an aroma that’s irresistible! You will find us roasting fresh, warm glazed nuts at any event we go too 🤤 You will definitely be coming back for more!

Above all, the ingredients are simple: almonds, peanuts, cashews, pecans, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and natural and artificial vanilla flavors.

The shelf life is 6 plus months. To warm the nuts up. Spread the nuts out on cookie sheet and place it in the oven under low heat. Be sure that the paper cone is not in the oven. Watch the nuts so you don’t over heat them. On a sunny day—put a folded nut cone in a window sill and allow the sun to warm the nuts up.
