We need to end the stigma of mental illness. Everyone has their own problems and it is not out place to judge or get involved in it. What we can do to help is tell them you are there for them and let them know that it is okay to get the help that they need.
Stress is very difficult to deal with and can take over your brain. What is important is that you get the help you need if you feel the stress taking over.
You do not need to tell yourself not to be anxious doing that will only increase your anxiety. What you should do is talk to someone about why your anxious. You can set up an appointment with me if you feel very anxious or if there is anything else going on.
Take care of yourself today and get the help you need to take back control.
Your mental health is very important, so please get the help you need today. Mental health conditions are just as important as physical health conditions.
