The Smoking Guy has been busy working nights for PC Construction working on the new premises for here are some photo's of what started out as a big empty room.

Well this is awesome, two smokers going this Friday to get the orders our and only one (1) rack left.
Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone that is supporting the smoking guy doing what we love doing, very humbled.

How good was today's America's Cup win!! We're so proud of the team Emirates NZ here at the smoking guy so we thought as we only have a few ribs left for Friday everyone gets the America's Cup special so all FULL racks of ribs this week are $5 off. Don't worry for those that have already paid as we will reimburse you on Friday.

Bertha and fatty working in tandem, one full of ribs the other briskets, no better way to celebrate your 50th aye

Bertha allows us to travel. She's a great rig and holds great temps in the cold and rain. Great to fill up with ribs or doing a whole hog.

This is fatty, a wide body we got from the states, more capacity was needed and set up the next purchase. great in warmer weather but struggled in the cold and rain.

Little Blue, the first stick burner and the turning point. the love for cooking with fire started. Even though little blue was thin, leaked everywhere and took a lot of fire management it turned out some really great feeds, a 8kg brisket took 11.5 hours but worth it in the end.
