Truffle sour cream
Everything is simple and accessible::
1 egg RUB with 1 tbsp sugar, add 1 tbsp sour cream, slaked vinegar soda-0.5 tsp, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1.5 tbsp flour, and 1/2 pack of cocoa (standard 200g), mix well and put in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or flour. Bake in a non-hot oven for 35-40 minutes.
The finished cake is cut into 2-3 cakes and each smeared with cream:
there are two options:
1) oil "truffle" -200 g SL. butter 1/2 tbsp. condensed milk, beat and add 1/2 pack of cocoa, knead well.
2) sour cream coffee - 1 St. sour cream 1st. sugar, add to taste instant coffee and warm, stirring, bring to a boil, but do not boil, add 50g SL. oils. Cream well whip.
I have cream sour cream, but without coffee.
Top cover with glaze: 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp SL. butter - all heat up, RUB well until smooth and quickly pour the cake.

Honey mustard sauce is a godsend for vegetable salads!
🔸on 100gramm - 226.05 kcal🔸B/W/Y - 2.1/17.61/15.9🔸
Ingredients:
4 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Whisk all ingredients with a blender. Serve immediately or chilled.
