About 5 1/2 weeks in and trusting the process! Chris has really put his foot down and stayed humble, and I made some amazing progress.

Before starting with me, he was maybe eating 2200 cal daily. He’s now well over 5000 his body weight was right around 200 pounds he is now down to 193 more muscular and ripped that ever.

Morning weight of 238 pounds this is by far the best off-season I’ve had in a long time! Food is about 5,200 cal and I am still hungry AF!

Monday motivation! I don’t always feel like going to the gym, the physique always doesn’t look appealing to myself. But I keep doing the process, eating my meals, stretching, checking my ego and making sure I’m lifting with form! The most important part is not giving a f**k about anybody else’s opinion and lift like a monster! Stay hungry stay humble happy holidays.
