On this day 1 year ago, I released my first major platform song "Shattered and Broken". The love I felt with this release was/is unmatched. Thank you. ❤️

Some bittersweet feelings here. The Shattered And Broken EP started out as something not known to me. I jumped in and rode the wave. So far I have been lucky enough to be given all sorts of amazing feedback. Some positive, some constructive criticism's, and some that pray for my downfall. In the end, it's important to learn from this and never take anything too seriously.

On this Winter Solstice, I would like to share with you a song I made during a moment of hopelessness. A moment when I thought it was pointless to continue this journey. A moment of weakness. A moment of despair. Picking up your pieces and continuing on is the best advice I can give. Life is way to short to dwell. But we are all human right?

I have found that the phrase "misery loves company" is an on going truth. You know that feeling when you are having a bad day and the song you are listening to seems sad, yet ironically comforts you? This is what I hope "I Won't Be Okay" does for you. Listen closely. No matter what you are going through in this moment, you are never alone.

This year has been an eye opening frame of time for myself as an artist, a colleague, a friend, and just a goddamn human being. Before pushing myself, my songs were getting 15, 20, 30 listens. Now, across platforms, we are at almost 5000 for just ONE song. Listen. I know it's nothing groundbreaking. However, this far surpasses anything I would have imagined I could accomplished Pre - 2022. Thank you to everyone who has taken a few minutes during a drive, while doing chores, or while partying it up to listen to my creations. Your engagement with Carn means the absolute world to me.

On a side note, I know it's been a minute since I've been active. We got some content dropping here REAL soon. Also, to keep the trend going, I have some big news for the new year as well. New years offer us the opportunity mentally for a "clean slate", or even just some changes or additions into our lives. It's no different with my art. I hope you will stick with me on my quest to simply bring you something I hope you will enjoy. Thank you guys again, for everything this year ❤️
