Quick turn around for another satisfied customer. We had some ceiling repairs on this one. Some old seams were delaminating so we had to rip those out and re tape with fresh joint compound and fresh joint tape. After that we sprayed a popcorn texture to match the existing popcorn. After that a few coats of ceiling paint and some fresh wall paint for a clean new look. Colors used were artic cotton for the kitchen, dining room hallway, front room and stairwell into the basement (not pictured). And for the living room area we used a lighter custom gray color match from a color sample the customer had provided.
Some fresh paint for a customer looking to get their house on the market.

Another one down for a repeat customer. Last year we painted the building next door for this guy. After that he immediately locked me in for this one. Now hopefully the weather plays nice as we’re gonna attempt to squeeze out one more exterior for the season.

Quick little walk around this hefty lead abatement project that we’ve been working on. We’ve been scraping a side then priming a side to encapsulate any remaining lead paint that wasn’t scraped off. Currently about 90% of the way through the scraping & priming and soon we’ll be into finish paint and on to the next. To all waiting customers, thank you for your patience and understanding! Stay tuned for some afters of this one soon. -Robbie the Painter.

Typically painting over glossy oil paint with a latex paint requires a good scuff sand and a good bonding primer.
We've been working hard on this project doing just that.
Room by room. Currently getting started on the entry way area of this project which is where the bulk of the oil painted trim is. Stay tuned for some after shots.
