Started the new year last night with some leg & butt workouts. I can feel it in my ass today lol! Ouch! But so glad and happy to keep doing it!

Quick update on my fitness Journey!
During the holidays its been hard to find time to get workouts in.. So I have just been doing little exercises threw my days.. I've been sure to be wise on what foods I eat because that is really the most important part! Since october ive lost little bit of weight. 5lbs.. And that prob is muscle because I can tell my tone & definition wasnt what it was in October. Nonetheless, I havent backtracked! 1st pic on the left was October. Pic on the right is now (December)
Once the new year hits I'll be ready to go full pace again like I was when I started back in March. (Working out 30-60min 5 days a week) I am so proud though still of how far I've come since March! Things like this take time for results(and EFFORT) & I'm still not giving up!!

Welcome to my fierce Fitness page!
This page is about my fitness Journey! The goal is to show others it is possible to achieve anything you want. Just train your mind & body to do it! My whole life I struggled with my weight! I was huge till I met my husband actually. I was 188 when I met him. Mind you I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall. Most of that was indeed, fat. I got out more & lost some weight. I got pregnant but did well & gave birth weighing 150lbs. I got down to 135lbs in 2016. In 2017 our family lost a member. And also in 2019. Food was used as a convert and in March of 2020 I was 155lbs.. And I felt NASTY. I was eating junk food all the time as quick snacks to get threw the day. I got sick of it... I stopped all that quick and figured I try sometime I haven't tried before. Put time and effort into my diet AND exercise. I did that. 1 hr 5 days a week. Eating fruit in the morning, veggies at lunch and carbs&grains for dinner. Now we are in october and I am back down to 135!! I can not wait to see what else will come from this!! So please like the page & stay tune. The results will amaze you & I encourage you all to join me!
