**In the next week, he and Rayla would be taking Sibylle up to his eldest daughter and son in laws home in Luxembourg until it was time to see Sibylle off to Beauxbatons. It was crazy to him that his youngest was already entering her Seventh year.

**He, Rayla and Sibylle had returned home from Greece after a successful state visit.**
**In a matter of days, his granddaughter Myrcella would be two months old. He thought it was crazy since it only felt like she was born yesterday.**

**After being able to meet with Kal and have a one-on-one conversation and asking a series of question, he had given his blessing for him to start courting his daughter Sibylle.**

** It felt like a whirlwind for he and his family, he received an urgent message from his son in law; Graciella had gone into labor at 38 weeks. Without hesitation, both his wife and daughter Sibylle had gone down to be at her side, he would arrive shortly after, notifying Serenity what was going on before departing for Luxembourg. He helped keep Philip calm, assuming him everything was going to be ok. As part of their birth plan, Graciella wanted only Phillip in the room when it was time to deliver in effort to reduce as much stress on her as possible. After nearly 17 hours in labor, on March 23rd, his granddaughter was born. When the families were able to go into the room upon first look, his heart melted. She was beautiful and in perfect health.**

**Ever since he, Rayla and Sibylle returned from the brief weekend holiday in Greece, he had noticed from time-to-time Sibylle would seem distracted, sometimes lagging with her schoolwork, but always had a smile on her face. He had tried to ask Rayla if she knew anything he didn't. He grew suspicious as Rayla, who knew something, wouldn't tell him, a warm yet mischievous smile on her face as she walked away. He was always protective of his daughters, overprotective as his wife would tell him often.**
** He, Rayla and Sibylle would be leaving for Greece in the morning for Sibylle's birthday weekend. He didn't want to believe it, but Sibylle wasn't a little girl anymore, but had grown up into an intelligent, beautiful young lady. It didn't seem like she would be seventeen in a matter of days. It felt like yesterday he and Rayla brought her home from the hospital. He smiled softly to himself, as he finally left his office and headed to bed, remembering all the good times during Sibylle's childhood.**

**Finds out at Christmas dinner that evening his first grandchild was going to be a girl, date of birth ranging from the end of March to early April.**
My youngest may be one to not become involved in conflict, but she fiercely defends those that don't even know who she is.

Hard to believe Sibylle will be entering her sixth year in a matter of days. Where did the time go?

**Despite it being just after 2 AM, He tuned in via radio in his office. He applauded Lillian. Although early in his time as president, he had declared Germany as an ally against Addom and the vile practices he praised and encouraged, He thought long and hard of the current tensions in his own country.**
Perhaps it's time to address and enforce restrictions of my own.

**Earlier in the day he had received an owl from Graciella and Phillip informing the family they would be expecting their first child in spring of 2049. He was thrilled at the prospect of becoming a grandfather, Rayla sharing his excitement at learning she would soon be a grandmother. Both Serenity and Sibylle were excited to have a niece or nephew to love on and spoil. This would be the first grandchild for both families.**

**The day of his eldest daughter’s wedding had been peaceful, with no disturbances being reported back to him. It was a small, private ceremony which was held in Luxembourg at Phillip’s childhood home with only immediate and extended family in attendance. Serenity and Sibylle were bridesmaids and Phillip’s cousin, and younger brother were his groomsmen. **

< Friday can’t come soon enough yet, I’m not ready for it to come. My little Graciella isn’t a little girl anymore.>
**Aksel was thinking to himself. His mind had been preoccupied with a lot of things. Between meetings, running a country and continuing to keep the peace of the country intact, he and Rayla had been assisting their eldest daughter Graciella in planning her wedding to her fiancée Phillip Lefevre who is one year her senior and a half-blooded wizard. The two had met when Graciella was sixteen. The family was visiting Luxembourg, to attend a wedding of a family friend. Phillip was a groomsman in the wedding party, and during the ceremony the two locked eyes for a brief moment before Graciella looked away, blushing. It wasn’t until after the ceremony during the cocktail hour did she pull aside her sisters, Serenity and Sibylle, to share her liking of the guy that caught her eye. They both shared with their older sister they had seen everything unfold and suggested maybe he’d come back around during the reception to find her. As luck would have it for Graciella, a little after the reception was underway, he was indeed looking for the girl that caught his eye. With some help from Serenity, she led him over to the table the family was sitting at and promptly introduced Graciella to him. To Aksel and Rayla’s surprise, Phillip had asked for their permission if he could share a dance with Graciella. Neither had any objection and let her go on the dance floor with Phillip. Aksel knew eventually the day would come when his eldest daughter would be attracted to boys, and that night had come as one dance turned to many that evening.
About a few weeks after the wedding, Phillip had gone to meet with Aksel and Rayla in person, asking for their blessing to date Graciella. Of course being the (overly) protective father, Aksel asked Phillip hard hitting questions and was impressed with each answer he got from the boy. After realizing Phillip would die for his daughter if it came down to it, he had earned his respect as well as his blessing. On Christmas day of 2046, Phillip proposed to Graciella and she accepted, tears of happiness streaking down her cheeks. Up to the current date, everything had been falling into place. However, given the current tensions, Aksel had plans to set up extra security detail for the big day. He wanted his daughter’s day to go off without a hitch.**
Aksel Rainart Volle was born on the late night of December 13th, 1996 in Leipzig, Saxony, Germany. His birth was difficult for his mother, as she nearly died giving birth to him. Despite having a Pureblood heritage, his parents raised him that regardless of a person's blood status, they were to be treated no differently as in the end, they were all human and deserved to be treated equally. He grew up the youngest, having two older brothers, Jürgen (1992) and Otmar (1994). Despite being raised the same way as their youngest brother, the two older boys tended to rebel against what their parents were teaching them, leaning toward the ways of Pureblood supremacy. Being the youngest had its disadvantages as he would get picked on by his two older brothers almost daily. Over time, he’d get used to their pranks and antics since as he grew older, he became more level headed and had a calm temperament. When he turned eleven, he began his education at the Durmstrang Institute. Unlike his older brothers, who were both in the Volkovio semey, Aksel was placed in the Knigav semey. He thrived in the majority of his classes, tolerating Dark Arts just so he would pass that class hating every moment of it.
He always had, even at a young age, been interested in wizarding politics, taking the wizarding politics class back in his school years as one of his elective classes. In 2047, he was elected nearly by unanimous vote, the president of Germany. Though only in his second year of his presidency, Aksel has fought to keep the freedoms of all of his citizens, regardless of blood status, free; keeping the teachings of his parents close to heart in his decisions. In the time of the UK’s and Ireland’s fight against Addom, Aksel had pledged Germany would be an ally in the fight against the supremacists. He has a wife, Rayla Volle (née Meier). They have been married twenty five years and have three daughters; Graciella (2026), Serenity (2029), and Sibylle (2032).
