Picked this up last week to add to our growing pile of equipment for Lanier Heating and Cooling LLC.

Here we have an install we performed about two weeks ago….the unit on the right we installed about two years ago!!! It was a tough job in the attic with the air handler due to the amount of space but we got it done!!! Notice the crushed rock and layout of the refrigerant lines!!! We are the only company in the Savannah area that will take the time to go above the competition to do a job correctly and efficiently!!!! This is the second hvac system we installed at the homeowner’s house in 2 years. We couldn’t be happier to support them in their heating and cooling needs. Thank you all for your support!

Newest installation from this weekend coming from Lanier Heating and Cooling LLC!!!

This is a install we did last year. It is a 18 seer system with Bluetooth controls that are linked to a app on your phone. The Customer wanted to go from a heat pump to a gas furnace and move the furnace from the attic to the laundry room. We built a return box out of plywood and notice the drain rock under the Condenser unit, you won’t see that from another contractor!!!! We had a tight fit but we got it done!!!! Nothing is too tough for Lanier Heating and Cooling!!!!

I just want to thank everyone for a very successful 2022 year at Lanier Heating and Cooling!!!! This year has been a huge blessing to me and my family. It was very hard to keep up with the demand as I only had 3 days off from March until September. I want to give a very special thanks to my brother John Lanier Jr., Aaron Lanier, Austin Lanier, and Stephen Crowley. You guys helped out in a multitude of ways. I especially want to thank all of you that put your trust in me. Every year since we started it has been more and more demanding but we have rose to the occasion. This last year has been the biggest blessing a guy could ever ask for and I love each and everyone of you. Thank you.

Performed a installation this weekend!!! I changed out a 21 year old 4 ton heat pump with a new 16 seer high efficient 4 ton heat pump!!! Install went great and the customer loves it!! Just a couple of installs over the last couple of weeks. Notice the drainage rock we lay down for the condenser unit and the new 3/4 plywood we framed in the closets for the furnaces to operate on.
