We’re sorry to announce that as of next week we will once again be ceasing to take handmade orders for the foreseeable future. Whether or not we will be bringing our handmade designs back remains to be seen...

As the owner of Scorpio Rising, I've come to the conclusion that if we're to continue, we need to expand and to do that we need investment. Running the business single handedly means I spend almost all my time stuck sewing orders with little or no time to spend on creating new designs and content.

 Aside from that, I also have to move house and business AGAIN due to unforeseen circumstances however I'm staying positive that everything will work out for the best in the long run and the good news is, we're not completely shutting up shop...

We have lots of Ready to Ship items coming soon and will finally be getting round to bringing you some curated collections of rare 60s & 70s vintage pieces sourced over the years! Our roots began in selling vintage so I’m super excited to delve back into this side of things. Plus we will still be taking orders for our handmade chokers!

Please place any last handmade clothing orders by midnight (GMT) Sunday 26th November. We aren't ordering in any further fabrics at this point so you may notice some colours are out of stock, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Spooky that this was announced the very same day we relaunched.

We’ve always wanted to make a jumpsuit with studded back logo, inspired by this shot, so perhaps now is the time 🖤

It’s official, we’re back at long last! 🎉🎉🎉

There’s so much news but I’ll try to keep it as short and sweet as possible...

First and foremost I’d like to apologise for closing the store for so very long. I’ve thought about trying to sugar coat it but the truth is, what was supposed to be a 3 month closure to re-do photos and work on new designs turned into an almost year long ordeal consisting of a very stressful house move, full renovation of the property whilst living in it and subsequent problems in my personal life leading to my mental and physical health deteriorating. Pleased to say things are getting back on track at long last and I’m so happy this day is finally here! I can’t thank you all enough for waiting so patiently and remaining as loyal customers.

Most of our classic designs are still available alongside a few new pieces including the long awaited Rollergirl and an old classic from the Velvet Cave days, the Sabbath (for those of you who remember!). A couple of classics are missing because we’re still making some adjustments to them and we’ve simplified things a little on the site with less customisable options however if you can’t find what you’re looking for, we can most likely still make it so just drop us a DM!

We had so much fun collaborating with Shahid of Voodoo Trip as part of their 'Stay'n' Alive', Jumpsuit series...

Their concept was to work in collaboration with other UK based fashion brands where they feature local creative entrepreneurs who style, photograph, and model each others pieces all in the comfort of our their homes.

Sonia wears our Alucarda jumpsuit in crimson with bell bottom leg and Imogen wears Voodoo Trip's Reptile Green jumpsuit.
