In honor of Disability Pride Month, we’d like to amplify our friends and partners at RAMPD! RAMPD is an award-winning platform founded by recording artist and cultural activist, Lachi, that equips the music industry with Disability Culture, Inclusion, and Accessibility.

The Keychange community is growing! We are thrilled to announce the official cohort for the 2024 Keychange U.S. Talent Development Program! Joining us are 25 trailblazing women and gender-expansive artists and innovators from around the country who over the next 6 months will receive career development in the form of mentorship, networking, community building, professional development sessions with industry leaders, and showcase/speaking opportunities at partner events. Special thanks to our Founding Donors TuneCore and Believe for helping make this program possible. Looking forward to kicking off in NYC next week on the margins of A2IM Indie Week! We have partnered with TuneCore and Dolby for a 2 day meetup with the cohort and will also be hosting a special panel with Red Bull Records on June 12 and a networking event with Beatport on the 13th (RSVPs in bio). APPLY NOW for the 2024 Keychange U.S. Talent Development Program for women and gender-expansive talent residing in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, Austin, and Atlanta! Must be 21 years of age or older and residing in the above music hubs to apply. BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ encouraged.

This is a 6 month long career development program for emerging artists (of all genres) and music business professionals of all sectors (producers, engineers, A&R executives, managers, marketing specialists, songwriters, DJs, streaming, sync licensing, etc.) and offers a mentorship program, team meet-ups, networking and professional development sessions as well as showcase and speaking opportunities at partner festivals and conferences and a travel stipend to attend our events. Thirty (30) participants will be selected from the above music hubs and the program will run from May 2024 to November 2024. Supported by Keychange U.S. Founding Donors Believe and TuneCore.
