In this video, I talk about how to control your sweet cravings. One way to manage your sweet cravings is to understand your body and what happens when you eat food.
I also mentioned that one Pakistani dish, usually considered unhealthy, is very healthy if eaten properly, and that is paya. Please don't drink the paya you make at home, because the usual way of making paya is unhealthy.
Looking closely, paya is nothing but the bone broth with lots of collagen; it helps your skin and bones.
But the usual way of making paya is to add canola oil and use fat with bones. Please try to make paya without fat. Bones already have natural fat; use bones without fat to gain all the health benefits of papaya.

In this video, I talk about why do we fail?
Fear of failure is the main reason of our failure at anything. Instead, we should show courage to accept failure. Once we accept failure, we will be free of that fear. Without that hanging fear of failure, we can focus more on our efforts. Once we give our undivided attention to our attempts, we will succeed. We can use this technique in not only weight loss but to achieve anything in life.
It may sounds weird that how can we succeed if we accept failure.
Here is why.
When we say, we did not try or we tried but we did not give our 100%, we are basically defending our failure by saying this. Because we are afraid to give our 100%, what if we give our 100% and we fail. Then everyone will know that we failed. But if I don't give my 100% and fail then I can always say "oh well! I did not try too hard and that is why I failed". By saying that I am defending my failure and attempts. By not giving 100% efforts, I will always have something to blame.
Instead, try to accept failure. Say to yourself, I might fail but I am going to give my 100% efforts, regardless of results. You will see that by changing mindset towards failure, you will achieve success.

In this video, I talked about how to start exercise. Even though exercise does not cause weight loss directly but the time we spend during exercise helps us to stay away from unhealthy foods. Also, it helps to tone our body. If you have lower belly fat, exercise will help you to get rid of it.
Exercise is also important to keep our body healthy, it slows aging. If you want to look younger than your current age then exercise is the secret.
However, you don't have to do intense exercise. You can just add daily walks to your routine or light jogging to get all the benefits from exercise. You also don't have to do it for hours, you can just do it for 20-30 minutes daily or as much as you can in your busy routine.
