Sneak peak for Monday's BOGO. 💙💚
I have been wanting to try this Island Mint so bad so I'm excited to add it to my collection while also getting some Purify for FREE! I use Purify a lot for keeping odors down in the kitchen. I put a couple drops on some old newspaper pages and place them in the bottom of the trashcan under the bag and it's so helpful ((and also non toxic)) 😉

Some extra info on this months spotlight oils. 🤍 We love having these in our home, especially when anyone gets a tummy ache or feels nauseous.
Ginger would be great to blend with some lime or other citrus oil and have diffusing in the car for those that get car sick.
Fennel is great for helping with milk supple for nursing moms, but also has so many other great qualities.

I haven't shared with everyone in a long time, and for that I apologize deeply. Our world's are all different for the time being and I found my self having a hard time adjusting. During my adjusting process I found my self using these oils daily in both a roller and in the diffuser to help with my mental health.
I know things are rough currently and money is tight due to lost jobs for some but I had to share this BOGO with you. It's an option to save money on some amazing natural options for mental health support💜💙. .

Doterra announced that this week will be BOGO week!! Since they want us to be prepared for it they also let us know what the first day would be! Buy On Guard, get Breathe free! I can't think of a better combo for the winter months.
Who else loves BOGO deals?! Are there any oils or products you want to see this week? I personally would like to see some Balance or any citrus oils. When it gets too cold outside I like to add citrus blends to my diffuser and remind myself of summer time 🙃
My Story
Welcome to my page.
For awhile now I have been working on figuring out why I have been waiting so long to get out there and talk about these amazing products and how much they have truly impacted not only my life but my family’s as well, but when it comes down to it I have this horrible self-image that I keep placing on myself that “I am not worthy of sharing my story.” My lack of self-worth and anxiety have been holding me back from doing a lot of things I want to be able to do. But they are also the reason why I am getting this opportunity to share with you. You see when you start to become a wellness advocate and start to teach others about the amazing benefits of these oils the first thing your mentors suggest for you to do is figure out your “why.” It has taken me a lot of yoga, meditation sessions, and some very serious self-development, but with the help of my new routines, essential oils, and amazing oil community, I have finally gained the courage I needed to openly discuss my why with all of you.💙
I wasn’t originally looking for natural options, and quite frankly, I didn’t even know they existed. Well, my cousin had given me a couple roller bottles with oils to help me with anxious feelings and relaxation. After using those for awhile and having some help from her I was able to get my own starter kit with essential oils. It wasn’t until the following month when I made my order and got to try dōTERRA’s Life Long Vitality Supplements that I really started to notice how amazing these products were. I never really watched the food items I ate or cared about hydration. Heck self-care was not even in my vocabulary. Putting myself in a place where I became more actively aware of what I was eating, drinking, and thinking has completely changed my life. And being able to have dōTERRA essential oils in my home during this transition has been the biggest help for me. Over the past 10 months I have been able to quit smoking cold turkey, regain a sense of self love/appreciation, & find control over my “occasional anxious feelings,” which is something I never even thought was possible without prescription medication. dōTERRA is my why, everything about this company breathes life and purpose into my life, if it was not for my cousin sharing this amazing company with me I do not think I would have gotten to be on this amazing journey to better self-care, self-love, and just an overall better life. When you know better, you can do better. & I am so happy to finally be able to have this amazing purpose to not only share these natural options with all of you but to also help you discover ways to better care for your mind, body, & soul. You are you, & the you that you are is the most beautiful thing you could ever be💜
