Jessica's Home Daycare has relocated to wendover and has 1 full time space available come October 1st 2023. Showings now available by appointment.

I have my ECA diploma.
First aid and CPR training
Criminal record check
I have 8 years experience working as a full time teacher with both toddlers and preschoolers. 6 years in a center and 3 and a half years of home daycare.
I have worked as a personal assistant for special needs children. My knowledge and experience includes:
-Tube feedings
-Assisting non walkers with walking equipment (ie walkers, leg braces, support stand, etc)
-Working one on one for self care learning, and toilet training

Jessica’s Home Daycare offers:
-Learning through play with natural materials
-A local park down the street for daily outings.
-Daily opportunities to partake in a variety of activities, such as but not limited to, meal preparation, block building, dramatic play, manipulatives, and sensory play.
-Art class once a week with an artist, at no extra cost to the parents!
-Cots for naptime or play pen if needed
-Circle time
- cooking
- free play

Jessica's home daycare will be relocating to Rockland as of May 1st 2020. I will have 5 spaces available. I offer both full time and part time spaces. If anyone knows of any parents looking for daycare in Rockland please feel free to pass them my information on. I will truly miss metcalfe and all my chrildren. October was a busy month with two birthdays and getting ready for Halloween. We took an an advanture to the pumpkin patch. What a blast! Picked small individual pumpkins to take home and one large one to carve as a group. Even made a yummy snack with the pumpkin seeds yum yum.

Last Thursday was a sad but amazing day. We baked apple crisp and home made pizza then watch a movie. We had a special day to say goodbye to two of our friends. I wish them all the best in their new adventures in school.
