Tomorrow, we celebrate Amy Martinez as one of this weeks inductees into the Klein Bronco & Pony Express Ring of Honor 🧡📣
Amy Martinez was part of the Broncos/Ponies organization for 12 years. Back in 2008 she joined with her son as a Bronco mom and never thought she would meet other parents that would soon become lifelong friends and family. Her time as a Football mom came to an end in 2011 when her daughter Bella was just 2 years old. They would watch the Ponies from the stands knowing they would join one day. In 2014 when Bella was just 4 years old Amy became a CHEER mom and dived right in a as a volunteer. When the opportunity to be the Ponies director came, she gladly accepted. Amy remained the director for the next 8 years and helped the Ponies win numerous 1st place wins and hopes she has left a positive experience and lasting memories to all the girls she has led. The Ponies helped her Bella find the love for cheer and she has gone on to cheer for Ulrich JH and is a current Klein Cain cheerleader. There is no doubt that the Broncos organization has helped Amy find the love for volunteering and taught her kids the importance of teamwork, dedication and hard work. To this day they all talk about their experiences with the Broncos/Ponies and will always bleed Blue and Orange!
Tomorrow, we celebrate Princess Diggs as one of this weeks inductees into the Klein Bronco & Pony Express Ring of Honor 💙📣
Princess Diggs is a long time member of the Klein Broncos and Pony Express organization dating back to 1985 when she was a Pony. She was a student coach for the Ponies in 1992 and 1993 while she was a Klein Bearkadette.
She has been an active supporter by cheering on close family and friends in past years from the sidelines and at competitions. She loves watching these girls enjoy what she fell in love with so many years ago. She has sponsored girls, transported girls to and from practice, she's spent hours on routines, and gifts and just making sure each girl is loved and felt a part of a wonderful team. Inclusion is huge for Coach Princess and she always wants to make sure things are fair and that everyone is loved and respected. Especially her girls. This organization has helped her through heartache, grief and in a way helped her find her true passions. She's been able to explore her passion of baking and share her gift with others many who keep her busy with orders at PrincessBakes&More. She's been able to realize what is most important and focus on those things. This organization has blessed her with memories, relationships and has been an instrumental part of a mother/ daughter bond that continues to be apart of their lives even today. She loves how this organization is such a positive influence on children and how the heartbeat of the league is through family involvement. She wants to keep the spirit alive. Once a Pony, always a Pony.
