Does anyone know if there is a charity run organisation that would accept AFOs for places like Africa?
We have a few pairs now and want to do something with them If it helps others.

This page has been set up for support, advice, help, and everything in-between. I was talking to Nick at RBH orthotics department. And he was saying how many people had asked if there was a local Facebook group where we could all share and help eachother. So with the ok from Nick I have made this group.
I'm not a medical professional, I'm just a mum with a little boy with CP and that wears AFOs.
So please do join in, ask for help or advice. All I ask is that everyone is kind.

An orthosis is externally and directly fitted to the body to support, correct, compensate or accommodate for physical deformity / weakness, skeletal muscular or neuro muscular abnormalities. Orthoses may also be used to protect parts of your body.
