Free Mindfulness Practice Group!

Stressed? Anxious? Difficulty sleeping? Exhausted coping with daily life? Want to feel more relaxed and peaceful?

Mindfulness practice can help!

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a Q&A. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
This is an ongoing, free, practice group that begins on April 6, 2021. Register for the date you would like to attend to receive the Zoom link.
Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.

Our next 6-week Introduction to Mindfulness Course will begin on Saturday, October 10th at 10:00am.

The class will introduce you to creating an effective and ongoing insight meditation practice that is useful in all aspects of your life. This 6-week class is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced meditators who want to refresh their practice.

Space is limited and this is the last Intro class until 2021!
